Base Adapter Reference plate pre-qualifies any cross-slide for:
Centerline Height - Radial Position - Distance to collet
Exact tool position (within 0.0005") is preset off the machine.
Precision adjustments for Diameter, Axial Position, Tool Height and Taper
Quick Change Tool Posts (when preset) save at least one hour of set up per position
Each Tool Post accepts a complete variety of quick change tool holders
During production, tool changes take 20 seconds.
Tooling is reversible and can be used in any position.
